Note: If your organization uses single sign on (SSO) to access Operative Intelligence and you are having trouble signing in, please contact your OI account administrator or internal IT team or Service Desk who manage the SSO.

Tip: If you think you are entering the correct details and are unable to log in, please double check you have entered the URL correctly. If you misspell your company's URL and it still ends in either '.opintel.us' or '.opintel.au' it will still look like our site, but you will not be able to log in.

If you have forgotten or want to change your password for accessing OI, from the login screen underneath the section where you would normally enter your password, click 'Forgot your password?'.

Enter the email address associated with you OI user account and click 'Reset'.

You should receive a confirmation and a reset password link has been sent to your email address.

Tip: If you have tried to reset your password and are not receiving a reset password email, please double check you have entered the URL correctly. If you misspell your company's URL and it still ends in either '.opintel.us' or '.opintel.au' it will still look like our site, but you will not be able to log in.

Note: If you do not receive the reset password email, please double check you entered the correct email address associated with your OI user account. If you believe you entered the correct email and still do not receive a reset password link, please contact your organization's OI administrator.

From your reset password email, click 'Yes, this was me'.

Create a new password which meets the password strength criteria listed and click 'Set Password'.

You will then be taken back to the login page to login to OI using your new password.

If you continue to experience issues, please email the details to [email protected] or speak to your OI account administrator.
