What if I find a transcript that doesn't match the classification labels?

This article explains what to do if you identify an interaction where the classification doesn't match the customer's stated inquiry.

If you identify an interaction where the classification doesn't match the transcript, you can flag it so the OI team can review and address as part of our feedback loop.

To flag an interaction:

  • From the 'View Data Sample' page (which can be found in the detailed views) click the arrow to expand a record and view the entire transcript with associated interaction details and metadata.

  • After reviewing the transcript, if you believe the interactions has been incorrectly classified, click β€˜Flag Interaction’. This will remove the record from the data until it has been reviewed by a member of the OI team for re-classification.
