First, view the volume of customer interactions for a specific inquiry within a date range of your choice:
From the OI dashboard, click 'Inquiries' at the top of the page
The Inquiries overview page defaults to a summarized view of all inquiries ranked in descending order for the most recent three months of data available
To change the model, date range selected, or to apply any other filters to the data shown, see Applying filters using OI
To show only the inquiry of interest, use the 'Inquiry' filter to refine the chart
Select one or up to 5 inquiries to filter the data displayed by.
Tip: Use the search bar to search for keywords within the list of inquiries
You can now hover over a bar on the chart to see the volume of interactions for the selected inquiry within the time period selected
From the left hand side panel, click the toggle to change the page to the 'Detailed view'
Scroll down to the second chart on this page which will show you the volume for the selected inquiry or inquiries over time. This chart will default to showing you the total monthly volume for the date range selected.
Hover your cursor over a point on the chart to see a tooltip with detailed metrics for the selected inquiry.
If you would like to see the volume by week for the date range selected, click 'Weekly' in the toggle in the top-right hand corner of this chart.
