How can I see the volume received of an inquiry?

This article explains the process to see how much volume has been received for an inquiry

To see the volume of customer interactions for a specific inquiry:

  • From the OI dashboard, click 'Inquiries' at the top of the page

  • The Inquiries overview page defaults to a summarized view of all inquiries ranked in descending order for the most recent three months of data available

  • To change the model, date range selected, or to apply any other filters to the data shown, see Applying filters using OI

  • To show only the inquiry of interest, use the 'Inquiry' filter to refine the chart

  • Select one or up to 5 inquiries to filter the data displayed by.

    Tip: Use the search bar to search for keywords within the list of inquiries.

  • You can now hover over a bar on the chart to see the volume of interactions for the selected inquiry within the time period selected
