From any compatible page, locate and click the link named ‘View data sample’
A list of example interactions for the selected inquiry will be displayed.
To view more information for a specific interaction, click the arrow to the left of the transcript to expand the interaction details.
To view more or less records, use the Records to show/export drop down to select the desired amount
To take the records for external use, click the 'Export' button. This will download as a CSV file that is compatible with Excel.
