If you have a set of filters you would like to apply to a page on a regular basis, you can save the view to your OI Dashboard to return to the filtered page at any time. You can save views which are filtered to specific models or using other filters from any page in OI by following the steps in this article.

First, apply the desired filters. For more information on using filters, see Applying filters using OI.

In the example shown in the image below, we have selected multiple inquiries to use for a 'Saved View'.

From the left hand side menu, click the heart icon to save your filters to a saved view.

Create a name which will help you remember which filters have been applied to the page.

To return to the view you have saved, from the OI Dashboard, select ‘Saved Views’

Select ‘Open’ next to the saved view you wish to see and the platform will take you back to the saved filters.

If you no longer need a saved view, you can return to the ‘Saved Views’ section of the OI dashboard and select ‘Remove’ next to the view which is no longer needed.
