When you log in to the Operative Intelligence portal you will see the OI dashboard which contains links to all of the main insights pages, a summary of recent stats compared to the 12 month average and some useful links.

Tip: You can return to the dashboard at any time by clicking the 'OI' icon in the top left corner of any page in the OI portal.

From the dashboard you can follow links to the following pages:

*Real time page is available for organizations with a live integration only.

^Admin page is available to users with administrative permissions.

The dashboard contains the following sections:

You can save filters applied to pages in the portal which will appear here so you don’t need to apply the same filters each time you log in.

Quick Stats will show you high level statistics about your organization’s customer demand at a glance.

This section will provide an overview of new features and functionality available in the OI portal as it is released.

Shared views will list any views that other users from your organization have saved and shared with you.

Smart links guide users to interesting information or insights in their data.

Access your profile by clicking the person icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Use the 'Edit profile' section to change your password at any time.

Underneath 'Edit profile', you will find the option to log out of the OI portal.
